Retail Store Policies

The following policies apply to all retail partners carrying the Medicine Bear Arts jewelry line:

  1. Exclusive Display: Only Medicine Bear Arts products may be displayed within the designated Medicine Bear Arts jewelry case. We do not assume responsibility for the quality control of other brands or products placed in our case.

  2. Timely Restocking: When the display case reaches half capacity, it must be promptly restocked. Maintaining a full, attractive display is essential to uphold the professional image of the Medicine Bear Arts brand.

  3. Case Returns: If you decide to discontinue carrying the jewelry line, the display case must be returned in undamaged condition. If no deposit was paid and the case is damaged, a replacement fee of $150 will be charged.

  4. Jewelry Returns: All returned jewelry is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  5. Refund Processing: Payments for approved returns will be processed within two weeks.

  6. Invoice Terms & Late Fees:

    • Invoices outstanding for more than 30 days will incur a 2% late fee on the balance due.

    • Invoices outstanding for more than 60 days will incur a 5% late fee on the balance due.

    • Invoices outstanding for more than 90 days will incur a 7% late fee, and additional recovery actions may be initiated.
