Dances With The Butterflies

In my Cree cultures, the butterfly is a powerful symbol of transformation, growth, and connection to nature. I created this butterfly piece to honour my daughter, whose Indian name is "She dances with the butterflies." This name reflects her graceful spirit and connection to the life’s changes. The  2 butterflies represent her and her mother, and the flowers represent Mother Earth, reminding us of the deep connection between all mothers and the earth.

Each piece of my jewellery is hand-carved in silver and then cast in sterling silver, preserving the intricate details of the original. The chains are also made from sterling silver to ensure both quality and comfort. Every piece is inscribed with the title of the piece on the back, along with my signature and the 925 silver hallmark, adding a personal and authentic touch to each creation.
